ELIKAY Logistics is currently hiring hotshot drivers operating under the 26,000 lb GVWR limit for truck and trailer combinations that do not require a CDL, while maintaining the highest professional freight standards.

Drivers will operate one-ton 2026 RAM 3500 dually trucks paired with 42-foot gooseneck trailers, designed for efficient and reliable hotshot freight transportation.

We are looking for dependable drivers who take the road seriously and want to run miles with modern equipment, strong dispatch support, and a company that values professionalism.

ELIKAY Logistics is currently hiring 2 professional hotshot driver positions each month.

These positions are scheduled to begin between mid-April and early May, as we expand our fleet and operations.

Due to our commitment to quality operations and strong driver support, positions are limited, and we are looking for dependable drivers who take the road seriously and want to grow with the company. 

We operate nationwide across 48 states, giving you flexibility to run profitable lanes and consistent freight opportunities.

• 30% of gross per load

• Increase to 35% within the first year for drivers with safe and consistent performance
• Typical load revenue: $8,000 – $10,000 per week | Our drivers typically earn $2,500+ per week running consistent miles with experienced dispatch support.
• Weekly pay. Driver Pay Cycle: Payments are processed Monday through Friday at 12:00 PM.

• Hassle-free, pre-approved vehicle maintenance. All service is pre-scheduled and completed within approximately 2–4 hours at nationwide Mavis Tires locations, helping drivers return to the road quickly and without unnecessary downtime.

• Mobile oil change service available upon request. Maintenance can be scheduled at the driver’s home location through a mobile service provider. Service availability may vary by location.
