ELIKAY Logistics welcomes experienced Owner-Operators operating non-CDL hotshot ONLY equipment. We are looking for professional drivers who maintain high safety standards and take pride in running their own operation. Nationwide Freight Opportunities

We operate nationwide across 48 states, giving owner-operators flexibility to run profitable lanes and consistent freight opportunities.

Our dispatch team works directly with brokers and load boards to plan routes, coordinate freight, and handle paperwork. This allows drivers to stay focused on the road while we manage the logistics behind every load. Our dispatchers are skilled at navigating market conditions and securing profitable loads — even during downtime, off-season periods, challenging weather conditions, or slower freight cycles.

Owner-operators must operate their own hotshot truck and trailer, typically a one-ton dually truck with a flatbed trailer no less than 40–42 feet in length. 

For drivers who do not currently have their own equipment, the company may provide a 2026 hotshot truck and trailer for an additional rental cost, subject to availability and approval.

The rental program includes 1,000 miles per month at no additional charge. Any additional miles will be charged at a rate of $0.21 per mile. CONTACT FORM

Drivers must provide all required DOT-compliant safety and load securement equipment, including but not limited to:

G70 transport chains, binders, heavy-duty ratchet straps, tarps, moving blankets, corner protectors, edge protectors, winches, winch bars, chain hooks, safety flags, oversized load signs, warning banners, safety triangles, fire extinguisher, reflective vest, safety gloves, safety glasses, wheel chocks, spare straps, and other load securement equipment required under DOT and FMCSA regulations.

Drivers hauling oversized loads must also carry oversize load equipment, including proper signage, safety flags, and any additional equipment required by state regulations.

Owner-operators are responsible for their own operating expenses, including but not limited to:

• Fuel cost, maintenance and repairs, Truck and trailer tires 
• ELD equipment and 24/7 Support
• Truck tracking equipment
•  Insurance premiums
• Permits, tolls, personal equipment
  

Owner-operators operating under our authority will have access to dispatch and operational support. The following fees apply:

• 12% dispatch, office, and yard support fee deducted from weekly gross load revenue 
• ELD support fee, Insurance premium and deductible contribution, $50 per week Safety Manager compliance fee

Owner-operators who do not have a trailer may rent a company trailer for $250 per week, subject to availability.
