OWNER OPERATOR FEE STRUCTURE

At ELIKAY Logistics, our goal is to give professional NON CDL owner-operators the structure, support, and operational stability needed to stay focused on the road and maximize revenue.

When you partner with us, you receive:

Our structure is designed to remove administrative burdens so owner-operators can focus on what matters most — driving, delivering freight, and generating strong weekly revenue.

Dispatch commissions vary based on load performance. The dispatcher fee is shared 50/50 between the company and the owner-operator, ensuring dispatchers remain highly motivated to secure strong loads. Think of it as a tip to your dispatcher's great work.

Example:

• If the dispatch commission is 6% ($10,000 +), the owner-operator pays 3% and the company covers 3%
• If the dispatch commission is 5% ($6,000 +), the owner-operator pays 2.5% and the company covers 2.5%ur last mile delivery solution ensures timely and safe delivery of your goods to their final destination, improving customer satisfaction.

Owner-operators working with ELIKAY Logistics operate as independent contractors and are responsible for the operating expenses of their own trucking business.

Typical owner-operator responsibilities and costs include:

• Fuel costs required to operate the truck
• Truck expenses, including renting, leasing, or owning the truck. Owner-operators are also welcome to lease a truck and trailer directly from the company
• Trailer expenses, if the trailer is owned or leased by the driver
• Commercial insurance, provided through the company program and typically based on the driver’s record (generally $1,000–$1,300 per month)
• Load securement equipment, including tarps, chains, straps, corner protectors, and other cargo securement equipment
• Personal safety equipment, such as safety vest, gloves, helmet, and other required protective gear
• Safety management fee of $50 per week for compliance and safety administration
• Insurance deductible escrow, $225 per week for 10 weeks, held as a reserve
• ELD system and 24/7 technical support, approximately $40–$50 per week

These expenses reflect the typical operational costs of running an independent trucking business.
